Umar has over 10 years’ experience advising a wide range of corporate clients on company matters and corporation tax. He supports clients with the setup of various entities and processes, helping them structure their affairs effectively and work towards their commercial goals.
He is ACCA qualified and brings a practical, client-focused approach to every assignment, combining technical knowledge with clear, straightforward advice.
Outside of work, Umar enjoys spending time with his young family. He is also a keen runner and enjoys playing and watching a wide range of sports.
