Helen trained and qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales with PwC, prior to joining TAP. She has over 20 years’ experience of working in tax and her main focus is corporate tax.
Helen has advised many UK and international clients, from small, owner-managed businesses to listed companies and multi-national groups. She has supported management teams, owners and shareholders in respect of all aspects of their tax affairs and enjoys balancing the complex needs of all stakeholders whilst providing commercial, pragmatic advice. She also enjoys supporting companies in their tax compliance requirements such as tax returns, CIR returns and disclosures for financial statements, as well as advising on transactions and responding to ad hoc queries.
Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with her family, getting outdoors, and making the most of the ski slopes when she gets the chance.
