Intermediary Support – Case Study 1

A family office intermediary referred to us a UK-resident client he had worked with for many years, who operated a significant offshore real estate fund structure. 

We provided an outline ‘health check’ on the fund structure, which was fine and was being operated efficiently by a proficient administrator in the Channel Islands. 

The client mentioned that he was always looking for new investment properties to add to his portfolio, so we noted down his requirements and turned to our network of trusted intermediaries and clients to evaluate what suitable deals were currently available.

After identifying a shortlist, we worked with the vendors to prepare bespoke particulars to showcase the key features of these properties to the client, including commentary on the existing holding structures that were in place.

One property stood out and after coordinating a viewing followed by the surveys, an offer was made, which the vendor accepted.
