Recent cases we have worked on include:

• Co-ordinating the completion and submission of Italian Tax Returns for a UK Resident client;
• Formally registering our client, a UK resident actor, for Australian tax purposes, agreeing a varied rate of withholding tax with the Australian Tax Office and filing a final Australian Tax Return;
• Advising a hedge fund manager on splitting his time between the UK and France, and an appropriate structure for his French business activities;
• Assisting a German national in respect of a severance package from his employer in Germany, and how moving to the UK could improve the interaction of German and UK taxes.
